Appointment Information

The Counseling Center is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am–5:30pm and Fridays on a limited basis. Some therapists offer extended hours.

To schedule an appointment, reschedule, cancel, or request additional information, please call us on our confidential intake line 615-690-4661, and we will return your call within 24 hours. 

If you call during or outside these hours and reach our voicemail, please leave a message and we will return your call within 24 hours. Messages left on Thursdays will be returned the following Monday. 

If appointments need to be cancelled, clients are asked to call 24 hours prior to their scheduled time to make the necessary changes and to avoid a $45 fee for the missed appointment.
